The Battle Within
We all have a fight
That we do under our skin
I like to call it, the battle within
Sometimes keeping them all in line is kinda hard
Our flesh is one who loves to control
This flesh is just a mess, it never wants to submit
It just wants to get whatever it wants and that’s it
Yes, the soul is the part that makes us who we really are I am told
This soul receives information and from all of the senses we have
So what we feed our soul makes us who we end up becoming
So who you are now, started from a sense you let get into your soul honey
That you guard what you hear, see, taste and smell
All of these things tell your heart what it should feel
Your spirit will agree
And your body will perform it see
This is the mystery of us being just like God
A three part being, another name for that is a TRINITY
Your spirit must receive it
And your body must react to it
Christ that strengthens us
So lets get it in our minds
Believe it in our hearts and work it out in our lives
