Jezebel In The Bible Verses
The Bible gives us a clear picture of who Jezebel is and how her spirit is yet operating in this time and season. In each of these scriptures you will see the progression of an aggressive, unruly woman who is out of god’s will. Scripture shows us Jezebel’s true character as well as God’s judgment and fury against this spirit. God judged Queen Jezebel in the Old Testament and she received her punishment. God will also judge and punish the New Testament church that allows the spirit of Jezebel to rule over God’s people and cause them to sin.

As for the family of Ahab, whoever dies in the city will be eaten by dogs, and whoever dies in the fields will be eaten by birds.’”

I will not let any male child in Ahab’s family live. It doesn’t matter if that male child is a slave or a free person in Israel. I will make Ahab’s family like the family of Jeroboam son of Nebat and like the family of Baasha son of Ahijah. The dogs will eat Jezebel in the area of Jezreel, and she will not be buried.’” Then the young prophet opened the door and ran away.

Her body will be like dung on the field in the area of Jezreel. No one will be able to recognize her body!’”

Revelation 2:19-21
I know what you do about your love, your faith, your service, and your patience. I know that you are doing more now than you did at first. But I have this against you: You let that woman Jezebel do what she wants. She says that she is a prophet, but she is leading my people away with her teaching. Jezebel leads my people to commit sexual sins and to eat food that is offered to idols. I have given her time to change her heart and turn away from her sin, but she does not want to change.
