~ Lawmakers Will Give An Account ~
Throughout the Bible we see that God was indeed involved in religion and government. He charged judges and lawmakers with upholding His truth and His justice. In addition to it being a United States of America election year, it is also a changing of the guards both naturally and spiritually. Woe to the lawmakers of America who do not heed to the Word of God.
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States during the years of 1993 until her recent death on September 18, 2020. There is now a vacant seat on the United States highest court in the land and filling of this vacant seat can bring a major shift in this country.
Woe To The Lawmakers of America
The scriptures tell us that God is the judge and it is He who decides who will be important. He lifts one person up and brings another down. During this election season as saints of the Most High God it is imperative that we consecrate ourselves unto God to hear what He is saying to the church in this changing of the guard. We must pray for godly lawmakers to be put in positions that will advance the Kingdom of God. The fate of our nation depends on the laws that are issued and decreed in this land.
Ask the Lord what is His Heart on these matters. Woe to the lawmakers of America for it is He who puts down one and lifts up another. So in this season we should not walk in darkness unaware or uninformed. The word of God tells us in Proverbs 29:2 that when the rulers are good, the people are happy but when the rulers are evil, the people complain. Brothers and sister of the Lord, let us inquire of the Lord the path and way in which He has us to walk in and not that of our own.
Just look at those lawmakers who write evil laws and make life hard for the people.
They are not fair to the poor.
They take away the rights of the poor and allow people to steal from widows and orphans.
Lawmakers, you will have to explain what you have done.
What will you do then?
Your destruction is coming from a faraway country.
Where will you run for help?
Your money and your riches will not help you.
You will have to bow down like a prisoner.
You will fall down like a dead man, but that will not help you.
God will still be angry and ready to punish you.
