In today’s Word of God, we read about the protection of the Lord in Psalm 23. This scripture reminds us of the Lord’s unfailing love and protection for His children. We know that the Lord protects you from dangers seen and unseen on a daily basis. As we live in these perilous times of the last days we can see the hand of God on our lives leading our footsteps through these dark times.
We can go to the Lord when trouble arises and be confident that He will cover us and protect us from our enemies. The scriptures tells us to wait on the Lord and He will come and deliver us. Be strengthened in the power and promise of His word on today for the Lord is our salvation and our strength.
The Lord Protects You From Danger
Psalm 23
The Lord is my shepherd.
I will always have everything I need.
He gives me green pastures to lie in.
And He leads me by calm pools of water.
He restores my strength.
He leads me on right paths to show that he is good.
Even if I walk through a valley as dark as the grave,
I will not be afraid of any danger, because you are with me.
Your rod and staff comfort me.
You prepared a meal for me in front of my enemies.
You welcomed me as an honored guest.
My cup is full and spilling over.
Your goodness and mercy will be with me all my life,
And I will live in the Lord’s house a long, long time.
