The gates of autism was originally published in 2017. The Lord impressed upon my heart to republish it for our Royal Girlz Ministry readers. This is a 4 part series autism healing testimony beginning with Part 1- A Mother’s Journey To Deliverance. This is my personal story of how God delivered my daughter from autistic traits.
As an Early Childhood Educator, I was able to work with many children over the years with Autism and ADHD. Early on in my career, I developed a love and passion to help the children diagnosed with Autism. As I did this, the Lord began to impart spiritual knowledge about what we call Autism.
Entering The Gates of Autism
After starting my own Christian child care, I had more freedom. I was able to minister to my day care children and families with prayer and spiritual counsel. There were some with characteristics of both ADHD and some with autism traits. One of those children included my youngest daughter at the time. This was one of the most challenging times of my life, both naturally and spiritually.
Years later, after my daughter’s deliverance, the Lord gave me a new mandate. He told me to fast and pray for 4 families with sons who were diagnosed with autism. He took me in the spirit and showed me the gates that led to the place of autism. It is a literal place in the spirit realm. A gate is defined as a hinged barrier used to close an opening in a wall, fence, or hedge. A gate is also used to confine something or someone.
Parts 1-4 of this Autism series will take you on that journey with the parents, myself and the Lord. Part 1 is my testimony of how my own daughter was delivered and set free by the power of God. I pray that this testimony will both bless someone as well as give you hope. Our God is a healer, deliverer and a promise keeper of His word.
The Gates of Autism Part 1 – A Mother’s Testimony
It was well over 18 years ago. It was a day that is etched in my mind as if it just happened this very morning. I walked into my 3-year-old daughter’s room, and I heard a giggle coming from under the blanket. As the covers flew back, I was so overjoyed to see that the glory of the Lord had arisen on my daughter. After a previous evening of praise, worship, spiritual warfare, and deliverance, her entire countenance had changed. It was like the sun was not only shining on her, but it was shining from deep within her. She was free, happy, laughing, and full of the joy of the Lord.

But for you who fear My name [with awe-filled reverence] the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings. And you will go forward and leap [joyfully] like calves [released] from the stall.
The miracle I had been fasting and praying for was finally manifested in the deliverance of my child. I knew without a shadow of a doubt that my daughter had been healed, delivered, and set free. The enemy that held her in bondage to anger, rage, fear, disobedience, stubbornness, jealousy, frustration, and manipulation was gone.
I share my story with you today because I know there are many parents out there who are currently going through or who have been through what seems like an impossible journey of raising a child that has been “labeled” by society as being different or even strange.
Pregnancy Transference
At the time of my daughter’s deliverance, I was a divorced mother. I was raising two young daughters and in my early years of being a Christian. Although I was raised in the church, I didn’t know the spiritual importance of how to carry my child in the womb. During the pregnancy of my second child, I was in a marriage that was not ordained by God, and shortly after my daughter was born, I divorced. Many of the spirits that I carried during my pregnancy transferred to my unborn child through bitterness, anger, loneliness, fear, and frustration.
The older she became, the more disobedient and stubborn she would become. Whenever I instructed her to do something she didn’t want to do, she would throw major temper tantrums, become angry, scream, and fall out. She would never allow anyone else to hold her or watch her for very long. She always wanted to be with only me 24/7. Whatever she wanted or didn’t want, she would manipulate and control the situation by causing a major, dramatic scene out of rebellion.
I never knew what to expect when we went out in public. If I said no to anything she wanted, that spirit of anger and rebellion would rise up to embarrass me so badly that I would just leave the stores and go back home frustrated and defeated. As a disciplinarian mother, I had no problem with disciplining her. To no avail, I would try to take that road many times. I quickly noticed that spankings were not working and time-outs were a joke.
You Can’t Spank A Demon Out
One day I heard the Holy Spirit tell me If you send her to school, they will label her and put her on medication, and I knew that was not God’s will for her life. Then He said demonic spirits cannot be spanked out, Kim; they must be cast out. It was a blessing for me, because at that time, I had my own in-home daycare and I was able to stay home with her before it was time to send her to kindergarten.
When I worked in the field of Early Childhood Education as a teacher, God gave me such a passion for the children who were labeled with Autism and ADHD. I hated to see them so lethargic and drugged out on medication. It may have kept them calm so we could handle them, but it didn’t heal, deliver, or set them free. I wanted so badly to help them. I didn’t know what to do other than love and pray for them. The same way I knew it was not God’s will for those children to stay in that state of mind, I knew that it was also not His will for my daughter to stay in the place of bondage that she was in.
In The Name of Jesus, Come Out
My daughter was never diagnosed or given medication, but I remembered what the Lord had spoken to me. If I allowed her to stay in that place, she would have been. Because I had worked with children with autism for many years prior to her being born, I knew the signs. There were times when she was so out of control that when I would pray, I would tell her, “Say Jesus, just say Jesus,” and she couldn’t even open her mouth to call His name. She literally could not form her mouth to say His name.
I would pray and work with her for hours until the spirits of rebellion and stubbornness would go back down and hide {the spirits would go back down and hide so they would not be cast out}. When the stubborn & rebellious spirit would break, she would cry, call Jesus’ name, and say “I’m sorry, mommy.” It hurt me so bad to watch the enemy torment my 2-year-old child like that.
I Know The Plans I Have For You
I was so worn out. She was worn out, and to be honest with you, I didn’t know what else to do. There were times when she would even reject prayer. One day a preacher was praying for both my daughters, and when he got ready to lay hands on my youngest daughter at the time, she pushed his hand away. He said, “Oh, this one is different.” Even though he was trying to be funny, I knew he picked up on her spirit.
As a mother, I really did know that she was different, but in a good way. As a spiritual mother, I was able to see past what the enemy was trying to accomplish and see what God had planned for her life. Although the enemy sought to destroy her during my pregnancy, she yet received the Godly inheritance He had planned for her life long before she was even born.

My Deliverance Had To Come First
I was able to see God’s plan for my daughter. As I began to seek the Lord for deliverance of my child, the Holy Spirit told me that until I was delivered, my children would not be. The Lord wanted me to seek Him, submit to Him, and surrender all. Many times we have received salvation from Christ, but we simply are not delivered. As believers, we must go past the outer court of salvation, into the inner court where we wash ourselves in the Word of God and then press into the Holy of Holies in the presence of God.
As the mother, there were things I had to go to God and ask him to deliver me from first. I had to submit, repent, and humble myself before God. When I surrendered all to God, He was faithful to deliver my child.
Isaiah 66:9
Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? saith the Lord: shall I cause to bring forth, and shut the womb? saith thy God.
There was major spiritual warfare for my daughter, but I was determined that the enemy would not have her. There were days when the battles were very intense, but I literally fought for her life! I thank God for a praying mother and strong Christian friends and family in my life who understood the fight, got in it, and fought with me. The day she was delivered, we were praying and praising, and she shouted: “The devil is gone!” And I knew at that very moment that for sure the devil was gone and my little girl was delivered by faith, and by the hand of the Lord.
Birthing A Spiritually Healthy Child
As I share my testimony with many mothers throughout the years, I always encourage them to guard their children not only naturally, but spiritually. The doctors advise and teach expecting mothers how to take care of their bodies by eating healthy, drinking lots of water, exercising, not smoking, not drinking alcohol, etc…
But it is just as important that we teach and train these same women on how to prepare their wombs spiritually while carrying their unborn child.
As mothers, we must understand that we are the conduit of whatever goes to our children. Whatever we have inside us will flow directly to our children. We must be in a place with God to hear when He speaks to us concerning the toxins we are carrying in our lives.
Many times we ourselves are carriers of many of these toxins such as lies, family secrets, child abuse, molestation, fear, anger, strife, bitterness, resentment, mental illness, sickness & disease, depression, suicidal thoughts, rejection, hurt, abandonment, alcohol & drug abuse, addictions, sexual perversion, homosexuality, pride, jealousy, stubbornness, rebellion, witchcraft & occult practices, anxiety, stress and many others. The only way to flush these toxins out of us is through the washing of the Word of God.
The Impartation of Goodness
It is important that we as mothers impart to our unborn children the nutrients of the Fruit of the Spirit. We must pass this on to our children to eat, grow, and maintain a healthy spiritual life. The Fruit of The Spirit include: love, righteousness, truth, joy, peace, patience, humility, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Let us taste of the Fruit of the Spirit and see that the Lord is good.

Cover Your Seed
We are all created in the image of God. Satan hates God and he hates us too. Every time Satan looks at us, he sees God. The Bible tells us in Genesis 1:27 that God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them. He created both male and female.
The men carry the seed of life that is then imparted to the woman to incubate for 9 months {the number 9 signify harvest, fruition, gestation and matured development} As a carrier and birther of the seed, the enemy seeks to deceive the woman and kill her seed even before it is born.
Made In The Image of God
The enemy will use whatever means he can to ensure that the seed never reaches its fruition. The blessing of God upon Adam and Eve in Genesis 1:27-28 was to have a lot of children! Fill the earth with people and bring it under your control is the same for us today. We are yet commanded to replenish the earth with children and bring forth the glory and image of God constantly upon the face of the earth.
This is the main reason why God hates homosexuality and calls it a detestable abomination. In the Book of Leviticus 18:22-23, it says homosexuality is absolutely forbidden, for it is an enormous sin. Homosexuality stops the creation of humankind and the image of God from coming forth. It is a deception and a trick of the enemy in these end times to push the LGBTQ movement forward, and even more horrific to see churches and the people of God joining in to advance this demonic and perverse agenda. Homosexuality is one of Satan’s major weapons of destruction against humanity.

And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
As Christian mothers and carriers of a generation of Godly seed that will crush Satan under our feet, we must protect our children from the demonic attack. Satan is the thief that comes only to steal and kill and destroy. Jesus said I came that you may have life and have it more abundantly. It is in the womb where the enemy seeks to steal through miscarriages, kill through abortion and where he seeks to destroy through lack of spiritual knowledge.
Hosea 4:6
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
Revelation 12:4-5
And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.

Jesus Is Our Healer
For many years I have seen the devastating affects of Autism, not only with the children themselves, but on entire families. During my time of working in different child care facilities as well as my own, I worked with many children who had been diagnosed or labeled with either (ADHD) Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder or (ASD) Autism Spectrum Disorders.
According to the March 27, 2014 statistics from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention new data was released on the prevalence of autism in the United States. This surveillance study identified 1 in 68 children [1 in 42 boys] and [1 in 189 girls] as having autism spectrum disorder. Each year these numbers are rising
In handling many conditions such as ASD or ADHD , the medical world says they don’t have a cause or reason for these rapidly growing conditions in many of our children. I watched how this condition has managed to control and dominate the lives of so many people. In hopelessness parents are told they don’t know the cause and that there is no cure, but treatment may help. They are told to accept it and they have to live with it.
Well my beloved, I sought the Lord for many years for the revelation of an increase in these conditions and He heard my prayer. If you would only have the faith to believe and receive – I am here to tell you that there is a balm, there is a cure and a healing physician, and His name is JESUS! If he did it for my child and many others, he can do it for your sons and daughters too.
Going Back In
For years I have always prayed and asked the Lord to reveal why so many children were being diagnosed with Autism and spectrum disorders. There were many friends and family of mine and others with children who were diagnosed and “labeled” and as I spoke with a few of them a couple months ago, the Lord gave me an assignment to go on an absolute 3 day fast and prayer during the week of September 24 – 27, 2015 with 4 families.
The Lord said that during these 3 days each family would not only fast and pray for their own child, but for the deliverance of the other families children as well. There will be strength in numbers to hold one another up and where one may be weak we will pray and intercede on their behalf. Just like when Job prayed for his friends his captivity was turned, we stood on that same word from the Lord that He would turn our captivity. The Lord TRULY blessed us and went before us in the spirit realm to break up and breakout the children.
Jesus Is Our Breaker Anointing
Micah 2:13
The breaker is come up before them: they have broken up, and have passed through the gate, and are gone out by it: and their king shall pass before them, and the Lord on the head of them.
Many times in deliverance the Lord has given me the grace to take me into the spirit realm and show me where people are. In this particular assignment for the children, He showed me in a vision where the children were located. He took me high above a prison or holding place that almost looked like a dungeon. I saw many children being held captive in this prison. They were in the inner parts of a prison with gates that you had to go through to reach them.
Each person was in their own form of isolation and no one was connected. I saw children who were sitting alone, others who were sitting with their knees to their chest rocking, and others just walking around talking to themselves. Everyone was disconnected from each other and it seemed to be much confusion and chatter going on. I even saw adults there that I discerned to be still stuck in a child’s mind or at a particular age that they were never able to move past. These adults were well into their 30’s and older.
The Power of Fasting And Praying
As I shared this information, the Lord had shown me with the parents; we went into our prayer and fasting expecting God to do a miraculous work, that. The prophetic acts that we did by faith during our 3-day fast and prayer showed God that we trust Him and receive the healing for their children. Whatever we want here on earth, the battle must first be won in the spirit realm. The Bible tells us in Matthew 18:18 that whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. We bound the hand of the enemy’s works, and we loosed our children.
In the next few posts, I will share with you our journey through the gates to Autism. I will share with you the prophetic words and gates that the Lord led us through to reach our children in the spirit. I will share it with you exactly as He gave it to us for those three days. It was a powerful 3 days that brought forth healing, restoration, joy, peace, manifestations, ministry gifts, and deliverance. The prophecy foretold of what God is going to do, and with expectancy we break through the second realm with continual praise and thanksgiving for our answer, and the angels are on their way with our answers and prayer requests.

Faith and Obedience Is Key

Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.
2 Corinthians 10:3-6
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
